They should lower his health buff to +25. Currently he is not even buffed. +33% health and +33% orb required to kill a 200 HP hero is neither a buff nor a nerf. It is a completely stupid redesign.

the only "rewards" i know of is unlocking golden guns and even then you have to save up a whole shitload of points just to get one
there's something about Ana's animations that makes me feel the game is running at 120% speed. Like they had animations for the model, sped them up for balancing but didn't rerender the animation to make it smoother
