All the apartments have computers, this one just happens to summon up crate collections which you can do at nearly any time without loading screens.

This could have been a thing earlier, but it's a pretty good purchase since you can enable/disable it in quite a few gamemodes.

They supply infinite snacks, can spawn in numerous vehicles/helicopters from your garage or otherwise, can remove vehicles from the impound for you, and can even quick travel you to any of your warehouses if need be. That's far from annoying.
