put the facegeom and facetint files of the head you want into the Data\SKSE\Plugins\CharGen folder. then go into racemenu in game, go to the Sculpt tab, and import the head mesh. be sure to make a mask around the neckseam area and that your character weight is matches the head so no gaps or seams occur in the process
