It's been a while but I'm back and am nearly done working on a new revision for the America minimod. Most of the changes I've made deal with just terrain and provinces but that's not all that the minimod will alter.

The Canadian terrain and province map has been completely redone along with the native pops that inhabit Canada at the 1836 start. Much of the forests in Canada have been changed to taiga to represent just how difficult most of the terrain in the north of Canada is to inhabit.

In the US forests are a lot more widespread and follow the west side of the Appalachians like they do in real life. The Great Plains also transition more naturally and are expanded into Canada properly.

Most of the terrain changes in Mexico are in the south of the country due to just how strangely I did them last time. I've made the majority of Southern Mexico purely forests to represent just how widespread they are in comparison to something like farmland which is also quite prevalent.

Hey guys. How long does it usually take for a year to pass by on extremely fast in Darkest Hour on average for everyone? I did a benchmark and it took nine minutes on extremely fast for a year to pass by. Is this good or bad? I did a benchmark with HoI2 as well and saw that it performed even worse, 15 minutes for a year to pass by.
