The only reason textures would affect your framerate is if you don't have enough VRAM. The game will stutter while it swaps data in and out of memory.

Everybody has that same problem with that pose. I made it using the skeleton control rig for xmpse using the weighting of Dream Girl body, and it doesn't work well with Halofarm's High Poly hands.
