they're scrub killer characters and just annoying/evasive in general. kazumi, lili, and alisa are more solid for higher level play, but you could argue lili and alisa just have really good solid players using them (liliman, ao, chanel, etc). but, imo, it just shows that it's possible to play them at a high level. most waifushits just don't care enough.
