That's just running hanging shot meme. It's bad because hanging shot has terrible uptime but it's not good build levels of horrible. This is a good build Not that other guy but it's weaker than cannon blast while having a longer cd and requires using your hawk.

Dive bombing hawk looks cool as shit though. might be good when we get the ktos buffs but the debuff only lasts 3 secs apparently, which isn't enough time to call back the hawk for circling since calling back the hawk and circling itself takes time to activate.
