But I just want to know if people play it in japanese or not. The dialogs seems cheesy as fuck in english and it's problem in a game where you have choices to make after what people tell you.

If you're playing it on an emulator you can download the undub ISO instead. You must not watch a lot of dubs though, cause Persona is far from the worst or even that bad among English VAs.
