Once you get good you'll realize Tracer needs to be removed.
Genji isn't shit against a team with good communication and who can aim, he gets absolutely demolished any time he tries to pull his backline shit.
Reaper keeps tanks in check and his frustrating rng range at 10m+ makes him food for any ranged character when his wraith form is on cooldown.
Tracer however has dps rivaling Reaper with twice the mobility, twice the range, and an ult that doesn't need you to expose yourself to fire for 3 seconds.

Except his skill ceiling is extremely low and at higher levels tracer WILL get free ults off you.
Some asshole is ALWAYS picking roadhog on KotH and the enemy tracer ALWAYS has her ult up within 40 seconds of round start.
This is not an exaggeration, I get stuck multiple times a game because the roadhog refuses to switch because he has to rely on instagibbing scrubs in order to not suck.

matchmaking puts groups up against other groups and the very high level players rarely have similarly ranked high level groups to fight, so the matchmaker just finds the closest thing. because waiting longer for matches "wouldn't be ideal"
you'd be astounded (or not) at how many of the absolutely retarded design decisions in this game are explained by one blizzard post saying "we were going to do ___ the correct way, but then we decided it didn't feel good, so we ruined it"

Do people forget that not only is the hook combo basically all hog has(m2 has a very strict usage) so nerfing his hook kills him.
He also has a hard counter in zarya who greatly benefits from his very presence on the field by shielding people who get hooked for an easy 50 charge. Not to mention he has zero defense against snipers.
I know tracer mains just want to run free and harass Mercys but fuck your the hog us fine.

Genji relies on unawareness to be able to move freely, and when you hit the point where all you're playing against is 4-6 man stacks and streamers where literally everyone has a mic and is making callouts, Genji is dealt with almost immediately.
Whereas there isn't a fucking think you can do about Tracer zipping past your tanks and headshotting the shit out of your Mercy before recalling the fuck out of there.
Don't think they can beat Envy, no one can.
