Base health increased from 300 to 350 (but overheal is still capped at 450)

Give him a bhop ability in exchange for his minigun
Now you have fatscout with less damage output
Everyone is happy

Jack shit. There were about a dozen new weapons tested there, about 2 of which were added into the game. Even when the beta was alive many changes just bypasses it entirely.

for what pvrpose? Why not give TF2 what Doto has, the test build you can opt into

Dota's (public) test client barely gets anything either, last thing I recall they got was the Battle Cup test which was essentially on par with the MM beta.
2 weapons were implemented, and during that time TF2 got about 30. The beta was completely unindictative of what was happening.
