When I play Fighter and Braver, yes.

When I play Bouncer I'm entirely playing to be a lazy floaty piece of shit who doesn't die, and when I play Hunter I keep it for convenience to tank small mobs so I can focus on bosses and not care.

Though if I truly want to avoid damage, I just play FO because it's easier than even BO.

I specced into Iron will because i thought automate was shit..

I never used automate for melee, except for te/hu, and did it once or twice years ago. Shit was unfair and comfy.

I play with iron will too. I think automate would make me get into bad playing habbits.
How does automate even work for FI? Aren't you spamming limitbreak?
I think FI sub is kinda really interesting for TE.

I use iron will because if I'm on bo I have megi access, if I'm on hu I have access to chainsawd, if I'm on br I have fast sippies, and fi is for losers because FUCK brave/wise.

Automate is useless when you're Fighter.

It doesn't, really. I find FI much easier to evade due to the iframes built into a lot of its kit, and your significant increase in damage and speed over a HU.

I am aware, but I don't want to shit up anyone's MPA so I'd prefer doing it solo.

There isn't any other options then. You won't be able to solo it, or at least effectively, if you don't even have a nox tier weapon.

To me Satellite Cannon seems slow as fuck compared to End Attraction for about the same amount of damage.

I know, but I started as Gunner and got it to level 75 before realizing I don't have the skill it takes to make it work. I felt useless 99% of the time.

With Rifle I do great damage and rarely ever die. It's a char for noob pieces of shit like me I guess.

You have to join MPAs for PD. You have to be really well geared and have a good control of your class before you can solo PD. And it takes a lot of time to do this. Just go to a XH block and join with other people when the EQ comes. There are a lot of people like you there. You will never learn how to fight that boss if you won't pug.

People won't care if you are a newbie. They won't expect you to be fully geared if you started less than a month ago. Most undergeared people that are getting targeted are obviously leechers that have the money and time to get better gear but they spend it on other useless stuff instead.

Also if you are going to pug, it's pretty much expected that there will be badly geared people.

As long as at least a couple of people in the MPA have decent gear, it goes fine, generally. Wouldn't worry about it.

It's more just a personal problem. I fucking loathe feeling like I'm being carried, or like I'm the weakest link of the group, and always want to be ready to pull my weight.

It's pretty much your go to PA if you cannot properly connect with neither SatCan nor End Attract, or if there's no time to use them.
Sneak Shooter hits really hard for cheap and fast it's to use.

SC is for spawn killing bosses/exodas, something end attraction can't do

as long as your weapons and units are grinded, it at least shows you're trying. leeching is running around with random shit from the floor and an axeon without grinding any of it

but do get a nox in the meantime. you can get it in one run in almost every EQ XH, and plus, when you're done with it, you can feed it into your ray weapon

pierce can hit twice on certain boss parts so it's better than one point dps wise in those situations, usually requires tps though
parallel is stronger than one point in dps just requires a lockable point

uncrafted homing emission is fine for spamming into narrow weakpoints of bosses with with a small window of time, like rockbear/bayari face or downed mpa ringahda core which recovers fast (would need wb on core instead of head to be actually worth it though)

Here's the simplest one:
You will need Nox fodder to grind your Ray/whatever 13* later. Using a +26 or +30 Nox until you get your Ray/whatever is a great idea.

Not him but I wouldn't tell a teammate to use shit gear in XH pugs until they get Ray. It was cancerous behavior before and its still cancerous behavior now.
