He killed Chisa to appear less suspicious since she was his waifu or something and tried to get Naegi lynched. He then killed Hina instead of Naegi because his goal is making Naegi fall into despair.
For any other traitor, killing Munakata, Kirigiri and Naegi first would be the most sensible course of action

She might not be dead user. Believe. She didn't get shaky cam and death music when she was discovered, yet Asahina did.

Look at their death scenes. Both of them have blood flowing from their eyes, not only that, but the same eye as well. If Chisa was simply impaled, I doubt it would've ruptured anything in there. Whatever poison is being injected causes their orifices to bleed. I wouldn't make sense to just detonate her wristwatch after death. Also, notice how her blood doesn't start flowing onto the table until after Monokuma makes his announcement. It's very possible she was ung up on the chandelier first, then put out of her misery with the poison after the game started. I mean, if Komaeda can do it, why can't she survive a giant spike through her midsection?

This is going to sound ridiculous, but what if Makoto is actually the traitor. I mean we don't suspect him simply because he's the protag of the anime and the first game, but what if this is kodakas way of letting him off the chain now that the player isn't tied to him. I mean he was lying next to asahina and he was literally red handed. Plus he was one of the last people to talk to chisa.
