Because the system seems to work like a rollercoaster. If you win too much you get matched with shitters around your rank. At least this is what we experienced with my duo mate. Just take a break from ranked when you feel that a losing streak is imminent. Losing 2-3 matches fast in a row is a pretty big sign of it.
