I don't want to be rude so I'm not going to name it, but there was a game I really liked in DD and because it didn't have any graphics it seems like no one really payed attention to it. And I was one of the few ones who give him feedback. But you can always make your game around arcade mechanics, like make it only with one life, short but difficult, nice art etc.

(Reposting from the old thread) Factions are now in: allies and foes. Shared enemies and rogue ships are also supported.
You can also see the player (blue-grey ship) using two weapons at once, the regular peashooter and the bomb-like attack.
Stacking weapons will be the main way to keep up with the red side's ever-increasing firepower. Allies will be occasionally available through calling reinforcements or attacking an enemy ship with a lucky shot of the Point of View Gun.
Does this look too difficult? Simply not fun? Feedback would be welcome.
