In the folder you originally unzipped the map, shift+right click in the folder, and click on "open command window here". In the new CMD window, type the command "python example.py -u myUsername -p myPassword -l "myLocation" -st 5", where "myUsername" is your PTC username, "myPassword" is the password you used, and "myLocation" is the area you want to search. So it should look like

It worked the first time ever but then I open the game,I press to have myself logged with google and then this screen is on and that little pokeball goes on forever and I never get in the game

Along with the footsteps being stuck at 3 footprints, the way that the Nearby list is arranged is also fucked, so it doesn't show the nearest pokemon at the top anymore
The Dratini were probably on your nearby list, but they just weren't placed in the top 9 "closest" ones because of the bug
