Spread resets after 200 milliseconds. Change your no spread macros now.

Takes longer for his spread to be reduced after you stop shooting. You basically have to wait longer in between bursts which makes him noticeably worse at long range now, especially when you have Jesse "Sniper" McCree the way he is.

bullet spread now takes a little bit to reset after firing

I don't give a shit about hanzo, what upsets me is that they also nerfed the only part of mei's kit that actually required some skill and made her sorta viable.

Young Ana skin is great, but it doesn't come with younger voice.

Before, after 4 bullets 76 would start gaining a spread. If you stopped holding m1 and started shooting again, it would reset to laser precision. Now it slowly recedes instead of instant.

If you were always doing short, controlled bursts in between rockets, you'll barely notice a change.

They didn't nerf Hanzo, they fixed him.

Now that they've fixed him and others, they can actually make changes to make them viable.

But this is Blizzard we're talking about so it'll take months and anything they do will make them either OP as fuck or even worse.

Zenyatta was probably my favourite hero but even from that point of view I can see how innapropriate these buff's are for him. It has pretty much entirely changed his role from a backline healer and debuff hero to a front-lline rape machine

175 health would have been sufficient. a slight movespeed buff on ultimate would have been good but I don't see how ramping up the discord and healing orb speeds were needed.

He didn't really get nerfed. the 10% ult nerf was to offset the fact his self healing now charges the ult. And the spread fix was because players with mouse macros could essentially use semi auto bursts to fire with pinpoint accuracy indefinitely.

Roadhog gets nearly 15% per heal but his overall charge rate has been slowed
Reaper gets 4% per soul orb with no change to charge time.

I don't think he's OP, he's still paper to any of the assassins.

He just isn't so easily killable that even a Mercy/Lucio can wipe the floor with him. Which, considering he has absolutely no mobility, is suitable for him.
