I've looked through the stuff for MM, I gotta say, I have trouble seeing how much it can help. MM does piss poor damage, and the traits and pvp abilities don't help much in that regard

What do you think is the easiest way to get a raid group going reliably from scratch? We had a pretty nice system in my old guild, we'd have our cliques, then we'd raid, then had a discussion every week and then we mostly went our seperate ways until next raid. It worked well.
Also I'm not from the autistic Veeky Forums guild.
