Any iLevel above that threshold just converts to a slight % increase to stats.

Though I am impressed by Blizzard, they managed to turn Avenger's Shield, the defining prot and previously most fun ability, into something at the very bottom of your priority list that doesn't even feel good anymore when spamming because you know you're not being an efficient tank when doing that.

How so? literally the only changes were good ones, Ignore Pain is x1000 better than Shield Barrier which was piss weak and outside of that it's mostly just a better talent system, what aspect of it was ruined?

Fire mage works in legion due to the way the weapon works. You get a free ability that is instacrit and does a good amount of damage. That, mixed with the 2x inferno blast off GCD means you can pop pyro pretty much every other cast.

Prot warrior kinda looks like it's the only class where blizzard did what they said and tried to refine what was already there

I actually enjoy Balance quite a bit (it's a DoT class now, people should play it like so, with Balance of Power) and Bear is still Bear, only slightly less mitigation and Maul... Maul is so bad it doesn't even deserve a slot. The skill is a resource drain and fucking MOONFIRE cast deals more.

how are you supposed to play it then? Pray the healer can deal with your stagger because you have no good defensive CDs?

It does not take long, and spreads exponentially, leading to better DPS.

Also the Swords ability spreads ignite.

I can't stop playing it. I get so mad as fuck every time I reroll sharks and get grand melee or some shit like now but I am having such a blast with it. My only real issue with it is I'm not a fan of Death From Above and there's not a whole lot else to choose from in that line.
