It's more than just the cover stories. The cover stories are great and the anime doesn't even touch on them. but the anime drags out and takes as much time as possible doing something the manga does in one chapter. I really hope the filler arc is longer than it is supposed to be because the manga needs some time to get ahead

How are manga sound effects better when you literally cannot hear them? and how is pacing better when a full chapter in the manga can be read in less than 5 minutes? There's no sense of impact when a big reveal or big scene is 1-3 panels you look at and read.

Princess Turtle ≥ Guaranteed Socket Tome > Cola > Cotton Candy > Oars > everything else in my opinion

I'd have a better time with the shop if RR stuff wasn't the only worthwhile way to get points, but as it is now I just traded all my dupes/bepos in and got enough Cola to max my Jimbe boat and probably won't fuck around with it much at all otherwise. This plus the stupid limited selection of crew abilities makes this a really underwhelming update unless you're a massive whale that gets multiple Boas every sugo.

Stats up is the worse of them obviously, but the Resistance type one can be really damn useful in specific Raids and other content.
I think they're all pretty damn good and work in their own ways, some might be better than others on paper but overall they're all viable depending on what you're taking on, and it's specially good since it makes previously shitty units worth haivng on the crew.

If the one that reduced numbness affected the whole crew, they would be really good, but other than that, not really.
