Will be done with the hunger games simulator
Goddesses only (Ne Zha can be an exception)
3 rounds total, which means 3 goddesses would be in the picture
Winners from previous rounds are excluded from the next rounds, so nobody can win twice
I might have to exclude Arachne due to her complexity, depends on the artist.
Scylla will be banned for obvious reasons, but also because the alternative(an older Scylla) wasn't really appealing to the people who wanted her in anyway.

Since it's not really explained very well in-game, if I am playing a MOTD with CDR of some type, does CDR items still work? Like, the current MOTD has 20%/60% CDR, and I have been playing support, I just want to know if I play someone like sylvanus, is it worth it to grab CDR or anything or does it just do nothing? Thanks for any info

It's specified in the MOTD rules, some have set CDR reductions other have a base CDR with a max CDR reduction which is higher than normal. So you have to read to see if CDR items are worth it.

It's not about the late game. You build boots early game. It's not a late game investment, you buy boots so you don't get fucked over early game and have enough damage to clear waves/trade and shit.
