I work at a private university. There should be guest parking near the student union/common center. No, nobody will give you a second glance no matter what you look like. If you get a parking ticket from campus security because you parked in a student lot without a tag just rip it up and toss it when you leave. It's meaningless.

Do any of you experience the issue where after about half an hour of running, the scanner will continue to work but stop reporting new pokemon, until it says that there is nothing around you?

I've noticed this happen a few times, and restarting the scanner fixes it, but I want to use ngrok and don't want to be 30 minutes away from my house and have the scanner stop working.

Yep. And whenever you have enough candy and Pidgeys/Weedles/Caterpies/Rats/Bats/etc to evolve around 50 at once, use a Lucky Egg and go on an evolving spree for a ton of EXP.

just keep enough and wait till you have enough candy for like 40 evolves. will get you a ton of xp

just go to kakuna, metapod, or pidgeotto. dont bother with 3rd stages unless you do it once for dex entry
