Rachels? Beat all five nights. Jumpscares were great, character designs were solid (except ANOTHER fucking Puppet clone, Candy's did this too. Puppet was a BAD thing to happen to FNAF, stop mimicking it.) That said the game was incomplete as hell, audio issues plagued it, especially with phone calls. Difficulty was inconsistent, night 3 was way harder than 4 and 5. Game shut down a LOT, many bugs that would shut the program down. The ideas in it were good, but didn't work that great as a full package, I never had a single time during four full playthroughs now where I HAD to get under the table. The power mechanic was just for decoration, I don't know if it's even possible to run out of power the way it's set up. The hallway is spooky but pointless because the Puppet's timer is so lenient it may as well not exist.

Really good ideas, extremely unpolished. About on par with Candy's 2 for me as far as fangames go. Joy of Creation uses the impressive animation ability of the creator to much better use imo.

If it weren't for one detail it'd be a 5/10 by me. HOWEVER. The robots fucking slug you in the face when they catch you like Professional Boxers. THAT raises it to a 6/10 in my book.

Well technically, the gameplay is simlar to The Desolate Hope. But in all honesty, how much of an eyesore is it? And how bad does it compare to TDH?

Well he took it off because it was woefully incomplete. He then released like, 2 expansions to it for free.
People complained there wasn't enough.

It's not that great, but I still played it to the end, and did all the final bosses so.

It's really easy to cheese your way through it. The difficulty curve is like. Moderate, hard, really hard, afk. And it gets to afk at about level 2.

TDH is significantly less shallow and has much more content to offer, as well as being alot more mechanically solid. FNAF World gives the impression of Scott intentionally dumbing down his RPG format for the young 'uns at the expense of gameplay quality.

Plus there's that whole... You can't progress until you smash your face into every single wall 16 times to see if there's a hidden passive to the end of the game.

CDF threw a bitchfit and bailed on it. Ghost tried to put together a new team but it fell through.

This is a subject I love to talk about because it's so subjective.The base game itself IS fun, it's a pleasure for the eyes, there is ALWAYS so much shit going on, it's fast-paced, and while not nearly as deep as the virus fights in Desolate Hope, it's got enough variety and characters to really make grinding fun and some DAMN fine boss fights till you inevitably find the perfect broken chip+byte combo to make the game your bitch even on hard. Environments are eh, looked better in Atari style. OST is great, characters look damn good but desperately need more animation for shit like being knocked out, winning a battle, and that the overworld sprite is ALWAYS Freddy even with a fixed team with no Freddy at all is extremely grating to me for some reason, maybe I got brain issues.

I loved the original release, put 40 hours into it, got every trophy. However, I can EASILY understand why a lot of people hate it. It's very much NES RPG-ish, you can't customize much, it's grindy, and often time cryptic as hell with what you are supposed to do, just like the old DooMs you'll spend a LOT of time rubbing against every wall hoping to find a secret opening for a chip. I love this style of exploration. Most people hate it. I also loved Epic Mickey though, so take my words with a grain of salt.

The Update however, is a whole new ballfield with five new games added. Chica's Magical Rainbow plays GREAT, with tight control and some great IWTBG style gameplay, I replay this one shooting for better times a lot even today. Foxy's Fighters controls like every shoot em' up ever, but is far too easy, but if it had more levels and different audio depending on what you shoot like the actual Star Fox it'd be better. As it stands now it's fun for a few plays and to hear the voices. Freddy's Metroid style game is rather forgettable, controls okay. The Rainbow boss fight however, was pretty awesome. Rainbow also 10/10 waifu

FNOSO is on hiatus. First run was a disaster, CDF made everything awkward a lot, inciting a lot of arguments, passive aggressive insults and the like at Snax and myself, and overall that event is the reason why I don't do collabs or group projects hardly ever anymore if it's more than two people. The thread has ribbed me a lot for trusting her at the time and I deserved every bit of it for being extremely naive. I didn't think robot pussy could ever be depressing, but at that time, robot pussy was misery.

A second attempt is in the works with Bastian, Springtwerp, Snax, and Mizu (all people that communicate together regularly to avoid a repeat of the first attempt, in my opinion all rad dudes), and we had made good progress, but progress has come to a halt as Bastian, our main programmer, has a job that takes up almost all of his time, and Snax and Twerp have been super busy as well. I've been pursuing solo writefaggotry and art in the meantime until the team is able to work together regularly again. It sucks, but it's out of everyone's hands right now. Twerp and I are trying to learn Clickteam on the side, but the template we used for FNOSO was the one for Rusty's, a game Bastian programmed that Twerp did art for, and I'm not able to program or even comprehend the level of logic Bastian uses in his programming, so until that hurdle is overcome we're kind of stuck.
