Highlander 3 - > Barb 1 or Highlander 1 -> Barb 3.

First one has better crossguard/crown, skull swing, bleeding and skyliner.

Second one has huge atk boost with Waycry, higher slash burst damage with lv 15 cleave.

The thing is, you want to get both bonuses from the critical attack, armor penetration and the cleave slash bonus, you just decide with one fits you more.

Currently, I think that the new Barb has the upper hand. Stun -> 3x lv 15 cleave damage does more than 3x skyliner 10 even on skull swing thanks to Warcry's bonus.

But one must consider that Skull wing will do more to Doppel skills if we get very high armor opponents later on than Warcry's 330 atk bonus.

Doppel3 will already get a +50% slash bonus, go Highlander 3 since the barb buff will be useless.

Skull Swing + 50% Slash bonus is superior to 50% Slash bonus alone, since they won't stack.

2-3 elememers on a party with thauma and chrono is a precast force, synchronized meteors after circling and frostcloud choke points does a nice job. Anyway, we still need a fps fix to consider open scale a something worth playing

Dex fags will just adjusts their stats gain from the new cap level to str/con based on how reliable this debuff is.

Serpentine gives a debuff that lasts at least 10 seconds, doubles all physical damage on target.
Would put them on par with Doppel and Fencer C3 if they didn't benefit from the debuff too.
