Have tried to buy all the tickets from the trader (either neko means at or you housekeeper)? I'm HR 3 can buy all the tickets from 4 deviant. Last option from the list. I haven't unlocked all deviats yet. Prepare to have a lot of points. When I looked how much points it would require me to buy all tickets (1-10 lvl) it was over 89000 points.

Have you tried doing all village requests in hub? IIRC there are some chain quests that need to be done in the hub and after that creating new quest in village.
Just use the cooking/eating places.

You still get some rare steaks, but mostly well-done steaks, using the Rife Roast
You can ask the cook to grill those steaks. 4th option when you sit down to eat.

Fancy ass dodge move is for aiming mode. You otherwise have to release a shot then you can run. Other than that is crouch fire mode that you can fire all the shots but always consume stamina, and the extra yellow charge if you wait after every attack. And the aerial attacks.
