Kronos 2 for vanilla. L4G for TBC.
If you want to play vanilla I recommend waiting for Elysium to release and see how that turns out. It will no doubt have better scripting, but it's likely that pop will be very low.
Would be pretty shitty if you rolled on kronos only to find out there is another server that has better scripts and a good pop.
