Best Method for farming Dash Extract would be to get 8-12 (Preferably 12 because of enthusiasm recharge) Support Palicos, do every Meownster Hunter Gypceros you can do, land all Support Palicos on it and you'll get like 2-6 Dash Juices per Meownster Hunter expedition. It still might not be enough to keep up with how much you have to use considering if you get unlucky you won't get a Gypceros Meownster Hunter quest for 10+ cycles but yeah.

High Rank in this game in my opinion is harder than high rank in MH4U, and level 10 variants hit extremely hard, but sadly there's only like 12 of them, so that blows.
