All the enemies are prize eggs. They should barely damage you at all, and every prize egg in the game dies in 12 or less hits. So get a Stitch and go to town.

This pretty much. Though I think they still should try to find a unified style for all of them when depicting them all together. Just tossing a fuckton of glitter on them doesn't really look that good.
Omega Raids only have a chance of spawning. If they don't spawn, the regular version spawns instead. You can get a bunch of Omegas in a row, or you can get none over the course of the day; it's all down to luck.
