You are not supposed to go after player with armor or jump straight into the fight.
As Winston, you are suppoed to jump into their backline, fuck their healers/snipers and jump back to your team.

One well placed headshot kills every hero that's at 300hp or less instantly. If you're able to click heads without retaliation or harassment, why would you want to be Mcree where you're more likely to to get facefucked by the enemy team at the frontlines, and giving people who take 140 damage a chance to back up and heal instead of just killing them outright

D.Va always outclassed Hog at assgrabbing range with both at full health (armor+automatic shotguns rape slow shotguns with only white health), it's just before the rework D.va was hard to keep at full health because everyone would light you up right out of spawn.
