If ana and genji present, you really have to know that they will ult together and its time to scatter away, good luck in pugs though.

Honestly hope to combo off a stun. Rein charge, Ana putting him to sleep(Assuming they can hit the dart) , Mei counter ult, Road hog can ult him off and spin around on the deflect then continue to push. There's options but the situation is usually just so hectic it SEEMS unbeatable.
