The reason Reaper and Widowmaker are after the doomfist is to return it to him, presumably because Talon wants him to be reunited with the gauntlet. The fact that they're datamined lines but not triggered on Numbani means they might've dropped it, but Sombra has similar datamined lines and it looks like she's going to be in the game as this rate.
