However, for the most part in WoW addons are overlooked because the game (end raiding in particular) is designed around the existence of addons like boss mods.

Blizzard went out of their way to implement most of the useful addons into their game, I doubt that cygames is capable of doing that. I want at least to use keybinds, clicking everything is annoying as hell.
