The concept from their perspective was "We want to restart the Neptunia mobage with more characters. Let's bring in more franchises and add actual story and gameplay to spruce it up.".

I wouldn't play Arkham Knight or GTA IV on PC for the same reasons I wouldn't play F.E.A.R. on PS3. You don't have to settle for the inferior version if the devs can't bother to sort out the quality of their ports.
