Compression ratio is static, you can only change it if you somehow change physical parts that affect the crank and stroke. Increasing the boost pressure does increase the cylinder pressure, I think.

The same way a 3.0 inline 6, an 3.0 V6, an 3.0 inline 4, and a 3.0 V8 wont produce the same power. Different airflow, materials, weight, RPM redlines, etc.
