they're not looking to fix it.
they basically reduced costs for low tier cards and increased costs for cobalt, making cobalt even more of a prestige goal.
it's basically nothing but a card & credit sink because they realized that people were stacking those (and as a result of that, definetly wouldn't buy things related to the stuff they were stacking).
what bugs me is that they were not explicitly saying that they wanted to increase costs to increase the rarity of cobalt and to get rid of both credit and card hoarding at once, but instead made it seem like it's overall cheaper.
