Lightly raining

>lightly raining
>not using the adjustable wiper timer

Why the hell do you people drive with wipers on full blast in the lightest drizzle? Does it not bother you to have them running when your windshield is barely wet?

Nobody does this aside from clueless hamfisted retards. They just slam the stalk with one of their meat hooks and call it good. They have enough fine motor skills to text while plowing into the side of a school bus or smashing someone's granny, but can't be arsed to move a stalk one position.

>not having rain sensing wiper to do all the work for you
Come on, it's $CURRENT_YEAR people!

> driving my old Felicia
> slight rain, tap wiper stalk one step up
> Wipes once
> Minutes passes
> Wipes three times in 10 seconds
> A minute pass
> Wipes once
> A minute pass
> Wipes once
> Stops wiping until I put it one step further up and back down again
> Has to attend wiper stalk continuously to not hear that *scrape scrape* while also actually keeping my field of vision clear of water.

Sometimes there's a good reason

In my present car, an Octavia, I have a button on the wiper stalk that chooses between 4 intervals on the slowest setting. And they all 4 work.

Neato

>a button on the wiper stalk that chooses between 4 intervals on the slowest setting
This is retarded. A dial is the right way.

>drive S-class
>wipers operate based on rain density and speed of vehicle
dun gotta do shiet mang

Sorry, english is second language, it's like in your picture, but on top of the stalk.

Dial

have to remember that.

>tfw remember when wiper delay was an option

Ah, ok. Yeah, it's a dial or a knob in the picture I posted since it rotates.

Auto rain sensing wipers master race!

>more electronic bullshit
>a good thing
I bet you can't wait for self driving cars too

Learn how to interpret sarcasm

I waxed my windshield, now I don't really need to use the wipers.

>this instead of rainx

Works just as well and I already had the wax.
Why buy another product?

Wax is pretty much magic.

am i the only autist that turns the on to do one wipe and turn off?

I'm wiping almost manually if you catch my drift

>that picture

>bash variables
1-800ohcomeonnow.jpg

Nope I do the same thing

Brother

A lot of Toyotas only have to modes.
>too fast
>faster

>that comfy feeling getting the intermittent wiper ring set just right on your 90s honda
fuck mate

>tfw my current car doesn't even have an intermittent wiper, just a spastic rain sensing wiper
this is a sad time we live in

My car has 3 modes
INT=basically still off
1=sanic fast
2=warp 8

Usually I just tap it for one wipe if it's slow and use 2 if it's anything more.

At red lights I get an urge to get out and fix it for them.
What if the rain picked up again though... then i'd look a bit daft

>windshield is dirty
>turn on wipers
>wiper blade drags across the windshield completely dry, dragging the rubber off the blade
>then the water fires out
Every fucking time.
