it's going to be used primarily for breaking stalemates in outdoor bases and construction bases. when you construct the artillery, it starts off with a low range that increases over time, meaning you can't just use it to shell whatever base the zerg are at unless there's been enough time for the range to go up far enough to reach it. the range will also only be something like a couple hex or so
