There was a battle where I was massively outnumbered due to enemy reinforcements, but I was able to set up my vanguard in such a way as to ambush them as they showed up and prevented the enemy armies from meeting. And then I just ran around and got the main army nice and tired before my rested up vanguard attacked them from the flank and my main force performed the double envelopment.
Is this what it feels like to be a master of strategy.
