I would love ANY kind of info about the first FIRST killing game.

First we were told the 78th was the first killing game, then we are told that the first killing game was between the student council and that Izuru killed everybody, then that gets retconned and we are told they all killed eachother. THEN in DR3 Monokuma refers to the FF killing game as the third one, ignoring the first game completely. so what the fuck Kodaka whats the deal with that first killing game?
