The switch is highlighted by the white box. Where you see the black press to the left of the pink arrow, you put the paper behind that. You press the switch behind it down, stuff a piece of folded up paper between the two, and it supposedly tightens up the engagement distance. I can't attest to this because I never tried the mod, so YMMV.

guile had pretty much impossible to get past zoning since this was Super guile with the hilariously low recovery on sonic booms but he could do them with just a button press and not have to charge. And even if you managed to get around them he had a flash kick that again he didnt have to charge.
So you have a game that is literally nothing but sonic booms. But that's what sf should be right?
