Things to do when you encounter a pubstomping Heavy:
>take cover and wait for your medic
A Demoman is quite capable of battling a Heavy pocket as long as he's healed by his own Medic. Charged Stickybombs can be your only pick to force Heavy back.
>if possible be airborne AND take down medic
Scouts and Soldiers can do it at the open as long as they're not too far away. Pyro can dive in to try his chance at enclosed areas. Take the Medic away from him at all costs. Try to stay close and on top of Heavy's head whilst aiming at his medic.
>if he's fed with crits retreat and try to sneak the spies in
Spies are pretty much useless against targets with awareness. Random crits allow Heavy to do a line push with his friends. In case there's a sentry nest of yours ahead, that will only force Medic to deploy über which makes the Spies stand by.

If you can't take out Heavy-Medic pocket right away then kill the middle-man sweepers and plan to break the sentry nest ahead to weaken the line pushing. If that's the case shift your focus on getting that Sentry wrecked, killing that Powerjack Pyro and shot down that zipping Scout.
A Sniper who knows good porches, gaps, window positions would be a great help. If you can make opponent Medic deploy über early upon a ready Sentry nest with an ambush Pyro waiting that's even better.

he's got very limited dps, he cant consistently shit out damage like soldier or demo or scout to push the other team back, he can only get 150 damage shots every once in a while, or more if he wastes more time where he's completely vulnerable
