The three step thing was never a bug. It's too lighten the load on the servers. Same reason why it doesn't record where the pokemon is caught anymore.

I noticed the mapping was gone also when a mon was caught which to me implies thaat IF niantic had trackers up for people who were spoofing then they removed them to help the server stabilize and once the maps start showing up again then you know something is up.

My 97% Arcanine got Bite and Bulldoze. Is that good?

What exactly happens with an element Pokemon that uses another element attack? It basically calculates dark on attack, and fire on defense? So that Arcanine is good against psychic and ghost mons, and weak against fairies, fighters, water, rock and ground? Is there a point in using Bulldoze (outside countering element) if Bite does a higher DPS?
