you have literally no life nodes, and a pitiful amount of ES nodes
and you can't even go ES decently until level 70 or so, because all the gear is shit
fingers of frost is a piece of shit cluster, don't bother getting it.
you have too many dps nodes, and you're just dealing "ok" dps? you are definately doing something wrong
also, don't go crit right away. most people just play non-crit and then spec into it after they have several clusters available and gear for it
if you try to level with crit, the damage gets really jittery and unreliable
Do I need something single target for BL or would like Vaal Spark do fine on its own?
I see people melting literally any boss they want in 2 seconds or less with their setups. granted, thats maxed gear and max level tiptop builds.

You don't. Or you manually cast EC. IC + Increased Duration is usually enough once you put around 9 levels into CWDT.

Just finished my fakener build and now I'm thinking about abusing the shit out of EQ before voidheart gets nerfed or impossible to acquire next league. Should I pick Juggernaut for endurance charge madness or Slayer for DPS? I'm playing softcore.
slayer is better overall unless you plan to dedicate your character to farming uber lab abusing immortal call + juggernaut

Juggernaut is a lot less annoying to play. Unstoppable removes a lot of the annoyances you run into while mapping, with 0 to max endurance charges allowing you to recover from CWDT IC procs and nullifier hits instantly.

That's mostly immortal call lasting too long with 8+ endurance charges. Juggernaut does facilitate this by being able to get back to max endurance charges with one enduring cry.
the problem with jugg and uber is it is just phys mitigation. it is really easy to run thru traps with 8ec and ic, but you will get 1-2shot depending on the buffs of izaro . a 4ec high regen ranger is easier , or bf mines.
A league lasts 3 months.
You can reach merc Dried Lake in 6 hours.
Assuming 5-10 mins per map, you can run 6 maps per day.
If by success you mean lv 90+ HC with 10-20ex bank (not counting your own gear) then yeah it's doable.

Check PoE forums for a budget build. Play softcore. Orbs are currency, chaos orbs and exalted orbs are typically used when trading items, check poe.trade for prices.
Yeah I meant as far as acquireing orbs go.
There are a long of silly trader recipes (like normal, magic, rare of the same base item) to get orbs and I wondered if it's worth bothering with as a new player, or if that's more for farming when you are high level already.
The chaos recipe is always good imo, especially in the beginning as it makes getting off the ground alot easier. Once you start getting decent items trading is the way to get rich.
Depends on the kind of summoner.
Hybrid summoners, with both raging spririts and spectres, might. It definitely will if you start using Victario's Charity, as charges being generated by 50+ minions will cause lag, especially if you run up against an allies cannot die rare.
Classical summoners, with only spectres, wont lag much at all.
important recipes for early game to early late game:
>chromatic recipe (3 linked sockets of different color, very common, only viable early and mid game)
>chaos/regal recipe
>lvl 20 gem+gemcutter's prism (gcp) -> lvl 1 20% quality gem
>6 socket item -> 7 jeweller
>6 link item -> divine orb (only ever worth with corrupted items nobody wants)
>3 maps of the same type -> 1 map from tier above
not that important but still useful:
>20% quality gem OR gems with combined 40% quality ->1 gcp
>20% quality flask OR flasks with combined 40% quality -> 1 bauble

Sometimes it makes sense to buy currency items directly from the vendors but make sure to check currency.poe.trade to see if it's really worthwhile. For instance it makes sense to buy fusings for 4 jewellers from the vendor as it's basically the market price and fusings are a lot easier to sell. Masters in your hideout offer an even better exchange rate for some of the vendor currency trades once a day after completing the daily mission for a fixed amount of currency.
Pick an easy build (2h RT Marauder, non-crit spell Witch, totem/trap).
Follow the life nodes.
Best recipes are
>chrome (gear with R-G-B linked)
>jews (gear with 6 sockets)
>chaos recipe (a set of rare gear with ilvl 59 < x < 75)
>regal recipe (a set of rare gear with ilvl x > 74)
>gcp (a bunch gems with a total of at least 40%q or a single one with 20%q)
>chisel (20%q stone hammer/rock breaker/gavel + map)
