What teams did you guys use for Legendary Skyway and Legendary Sea of Trees challenge mode?

Just use any tank team if you are having problems. I'm doing co-op swapping between Thor, I&I, A. Apollo, and A. Persephone. I gave up trying to do it in co-op with glass cannons or pandora since we would die every time due to stupid shit.

The only complete, hypermaxed team I have (barring SI) is Bastet and I'm prone to fucking up on combos every now and then. Yeah, I should git gud, but I'm not as consistent as I want to be.

Marine Rider is the big one so you can get blue orbs onto the board if necessary. If you're lucky enough to have her, Summer Sonia is good for the burst.

Other than that, just stay away from anything that converts blue orbs away for obvious reasons. She's not hard to build for.

Should I build for rows or dongs? I can go either way, the only row subs I don't have are Freyja and Perseus.

Depends on whichever one you prefer; there's generally a better selection of row subs in green but prongs also can work.

Freyja's a good friend lead if you can get her.

You Yu is best for farming descends in co-op but Awoken Liu Bei shits on him in that regard, so he was pretty much outdated on arrival.

However, if it's your first strong lead and you have his subs (besides the ones you listed, Nut, Skuld and Sumire are nice) it could be worth it. Depends on your other potential teams, really.

Have a Nut if you wanna clear anything with more than 5 floors.
