Just read this:

Just read this:

>Merrill said that at Sewell Ford in Odessa, the Mustang is the dealership’s top-selling car, outpacing sales of Fiestas, Focuses and Fusions. The same is true in the Tall City.

>“We sell quite a bit more Mustangs than Focuses and Fusions,” Rogers Ford General Manager Beau Moore said last week. “I’d say double.”

WTF? Is it like this where you live? I know the Mustang is popular, but I just find it hard to believe that it's the best selling car in any market.

Article also says each dealership was only given one RS. I didn't know Ford was putting limits on those.

The dealership in my town, rural has literally 20 different white f150's there must be a f150 with floor mats and one without. They have literally 3 mustangs. 1 v6 and 2 5.0's. I wanted to look at an eco boost but no go.

>F-150
>car
F--150 is the best selling pickup ever and one of the best selling vehicles ever but it's not a car

There are so many F-150s in West Texas. Lots of pickups and SUVs. I think people get them because the roads are so shit here and for their own survival in a crash with an oil field service truck.

Just went out and took some pics of my Mustang yesterday.

...

More demand. My local dealer carries like 10 focuses (No STs) 3-5 fiestas (no STs) and 10-15 mustangs at all times.

Most of the mustangs with the Roush packages and upgraded shit like that.

>v6
disgusting

this is the most nocars thing ive ever read

literally have you ever driven on any road

What's wrong with the V6?

you could have had a v8?
cuck

There are more retards in the world than smart people

>S-Shoulda bought da V8
Okay Busrider

But honestly though.
If you're going to buy a lol can't turn ugly muscle car, you may as well have a ton of power and poor mpg too.

It's like 5k more for the v8
You might as well just buy a miata for 5k less than a v6 mustang if you don't get a v8

I have a 15 gt poorfag would rather ride in a civic than a v6

Bought my gt a steeda tri ax shifter and a aluminum driveshaft for mothers day.

At least it would be more fun

I'm seeing Chinese fuccbois driving them in my area, I'm a bit scared since they can't drive to begin with.

How does this make you feel? jalopnik.com/high-horsepower-cars-suck-1774742580

>im too pussy to speed so I need a car for cucks
keep rationalizing your terrible purchase

Please be bait.

Is the Triax worth it? Was thinking about puttng one in.

I live in Phoenix and they're everywhere. They were outselling the Camaro and Challenger combined for a while.

>Camaro

I don't know about the refresh, but I got to drive a 2013, and I didn't like it. I've never driven a Challenger.

Is that a Roush?

Yeah for sure it was a little bit of a pain installing it but I'm so running a blowfish bracket and a vastly lighter spring. Doesn't even feel like the same transmission. I went with no clutch assist spring for a while but actually a light one feels better even than that.

The Rogers dealership in that story is the top Roush dealer in Texas.

>what's wrong with the v6

No but here is a 2015 roush and a 2014 roush

>I know the Mustang is popular, but I just find it hard to believe that it's the best selling car in any market.
The new Mustang is fucking great. I live in germany and bought a GT 5.0.

It´s cheap, it´s fast, it have a awesome chasis (not like the old mustangs)

I live in germany and even here it´s the most sold sports car in 2015. 2016 probaly too.

The car is just awesome. The horse Power, the Grip, the chasis, the features (you can change the light from the tacho etc.).
Its just the perfect car for a 25-35 year old man.

You can even drive it with only 10 liter per 100 km.
So it´s not that expensive.

Furthermore i pay for the 84€ monthly for the insurance and 500€ taxes (per year).
This is a good price.

Compared to a M4 or M3 it´s a very good deal. The mustang is almost head on head with the M4 in my opinion.

Btw. it cames with a 7 year garranty. BMW or Mercedes gives only 5 years. This is great too.

Sounds pretty good, friend. BTW, it's guarantee, not garranty

Do the front gill led running lights actually work on the German one?

The Tribars? No, the TÜV won´t allow it.

Normies know shit about cars
The mustang is the most "normie" car around

>guarantee
Eher warranty.

>I live in germany and even here it´s the most sold sports car in 2015
Einen einzigen sah ich bisher. Einen!
Bayern hier, selbst der neue TT ist deutlich verbreiteter hier.

...

Shame that's my favorite part.

Ford Escape 306,492

Ford Explorer 249,251
Ford Focus 202,478
Ford Edge 124,120
Ford Mustang 122,349

>“We sell quite a bit more Mustangs than Focuses and Fusions,”
Some possibilities...
- The Focus and Fusion are common rental fleet cars, so a dealer may not sell many to consumers.
- The Mustang will be more popular than the Focus and Fusion affluent areas. People want to own a mustang and will buy one even if they can afford a more expensive car. Nobody wants to own a Fusion and people will quickly move up to a (typically-German) luxury car if they can afford it.

fuck off back to led.-dit

That's awesome. I've read that they're on backorder in Europe.

Its nice to see some eurobro's enjoy America's favorite muscle car.

2015 sales

Mustang: 122,349
Camaro: 77,502
Challenger: 66,365

i see mustangs camaros civics accords and f150s and thats pretty much it other than fleet vehicles

>Jalopshit

Not surprised, tbqh. Anything for clicks.

nothing brother, ruby red is nice. ignore the >muh v8 crowd

Would you get the EcoBoost?

>tfw cant decide wether to buy a 2016 Mustang 5.0 or a 2016 F150 5.0

Might just go with the F150

>A week or so into it, we looked into his crazed eyes, one pupil visibly larger than the other, and asked him how it was going. We learned a terrifying secret: he was masturbating, just not allowing himself to, um, finish the job.

Stopped reading there. Is this what journalism is nowadays?

anything by gawker media is not journalism.

>jalopshit

This is true. It's mostly slanted regurgitations of others' work.
