First, you don't even know the language of the constitution or second amendment. Tyranny/tyrant only shows up in the declaration.
And the intent of the second amendment was as a check against a military coupe, the national guard, foreign governments, and to make sure the people always had the ability to revolt.
Second, that would be the 4th and 5th amendments. (and kinda-sorta 3rd, british soldiers were the police. The 4th amendment is a direct result of nameless 'warrants' used by the british.)
