He may have a good matchup with Isillia, but the pen nerfs, pass nerfs, and insane amounts of DR have really worn him down. Lets not even mention the ever-present nature of WW backlines.

Drop rate is RNG dependent. They aren't good compared to regular 5*s but you should at least get 1 copy of each for character chains
