Yo aut/o/bots, first time poster here. I got a cracked EGR pipe and it's fucking impossible to find a used replacement anywhere, and new ones are like $200, which I'd rather not spend. Could I cut out the pleated portion of this pipe and install some high temp hose with a few clamps?

If you are in Colorado, I can TIG and MIG weld. Also a little bit of SMAW. I am just a hobbyist so I could give a crap about my street cred. I could try and repair the crack. Have no clue how bad it is though.

Its pretty much fully seperated, in OP pic the red light is pointing to the darkest sliver in the crack is the complete seperation. It's way beyond welding, but thanks anyway, I'm in upstate NY
