Whenever I use an expression console command to make her smile a lot (me 2 70, for example), her teeth clip through the inner parts of her lips. Moving the mouth forward slider back or forward doesn't seem to work it right, and I don't seem to be able to sculpt the teeth so they back up away from the lips.

Oh I see, sorry it's not a specific armor, I've been bodysliding assembly line style for a bunch of stuff I wanted (I use a different bodyslide preset as a base for each character) and just felt like venting since I came across this problem so much. There's the typical issues where the tits and ass tear sure, but then there's shit like the back of the knee that clips when you move that happens to 1/3 outfits I try to build, and no matter what I do I can't seem to figure out how to fix that.
As for specifics if I had to pick one, it'd be the Academy Dropout choker, that one defies logic for me. In game the thing looks like it's taped onto the skin, but the moment you move the tie clips right through. I don't even have a clue where to begin changing sliders on that.
At least it's good to know that I'm not just a slow poke missing out on some sekret sliderfu technique you guys have been using for ages.

From what I've seen most people tend to just hit the "copy all bone weights" button in Outfit Studio and call it a day. This will work if you're lucky, but usually not.
The problem arises from outfits that are improperly weighted. Sliders won't fix it. Specifically what's happening is this: The bones in the character's skeleton move. When they move, the body and armor meshes move and deform. Weighting affects how much. Higher weight on a vertex means that the movement of the related bones affect it more strongly.
The issue is that the weights on the body mesh and armor mesh don't match. The bone moves. The body mesh moves. The armor mesh moves, but not as much as the body mesh. Clipping occurs.
If you're using particularly extreme sliders (e.g., enormous breasts, really thick thighs, etc.) it can be basically impossible to correct for this, though, depending on the outfit. But, still, weighting is really what separates good conversions from bad ones.
I'm usually willing to work on outfits especially if they're cute, so if you have any requests let me know.
