Yeah, honestly the biggest thing you could get wrong character wise is Makoto being assertive and confident like her Persona self is since recent info has shown they're all very different from their thief antics.

Hence Makoto would probably be as demure and shy as Futaba in a threesome, and for Joker I personally would want to read about him being a bit more confident and brash compared to the two girls since you could characterize him however you want.

What is the thing that would make you instantly dislike P5? Let it be a plot-related thing or a gameplay mechanic thing.
Only thing I'm dreading for is for rehashed P4, literally the same plot just slightly altered.

Maybe I'm reading too much into it but I think there will be some very interesting internal conflict with our detective prince.

If the game is even easier than P4 and the difficulty hasn't been tweaked to account for new gameplay changes. I'm guessing fusion will work more like recent megaten games, so no more shuffling the fusion until you get the skills you want. Easier fusion means better personas, so you had better need better personas.

It being an easy game, people say they don't play Persona for difficulty but I don't want to see the great UI for a game that loses Atlus' knack for challenge.

I don't really care for plot, in fact I like days and weeks where nothing happens because its easier to roleplay with no narrative being forced down your throat. The calendar is what makes this series unique for me.

The characters seem more appealing than P4's to me already so they can do whatever with plot, I'll enjoy the little moments.
