Random thought: Zoning in sfv is based a lot more on reading the oponnents rhythm than just having a good fireball, especially since fireballs generally have more recovery and one badly placed one or one random action by your opponent can take the round away from you.

Button per character is actually better because the opponent can't see your order while you pick it and because as user said once you know how it works it's actually faster.
